How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Rdiscord Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Rdiscord Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Rdiscord Septic cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@rdiscord.property and include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also help.
