Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use rdiscord.property and the services offered through it by Rdiscord Septic. If you use this site, call the number on it, or send a form, you agree to these terms. This is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What We Do

Rdiscord Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump septic tanks. We do not repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines. We do not do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers we connect you with are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or control them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask to see proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Any cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider. When it applies, check with your insurer and your local health department too.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us. Use this site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may reach you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded to check quality and handle billing. You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@rdiscord.property.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this site belong to Rdiscord Septic or those who license it to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Rdiscord Septic is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from a deal between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
